In addition, this policy also applies to the processing of data from any questionnaires referred to by a link from the website or completed by you as a condition of fulfilling the services ordered, information entered at the time of placing an order or provided via email communication.

This Privacy Policy is based on the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.

Who processes your data?

All data provided by you is processed only by me, a private entrepreneur under the Trade Licensing Act, Nerisa Kalošin, ID No.: 05218349, registered office Nové sady 988/2, 602 00, Brno. As the controller of personal data, I determine which data I process and for what purpose and for how long I keep it.

What data do I process, when and why?

I process data only on the basis of a valid legal ground, i.e. a legitimate interest or the fulfilment of a contract and on the basis of the consent granted. That is, I only process your data when you order something or voluntarily subscribe to a newsletter, ask a question, etc. I only process the data if it is necessary for the purpose, e.g. the fulfilment of a contract. I will inform you before I start processing your personal data, e.g. by a phrase on the contact form. I only work with data that you voluntarily provide me with.
I do not currently share any of the personal information you have provided with other individuals or companies. If in the future it becomes necessary to share your information with employees or collaborators, I will only share it to the extent necessary and require confidentiality. Of course, I maintain confidentiality myself, I do not share your information or any other information that you disclose to me in confidence, and your information is secured so that no other person can access it.

Data required for providing a product or service

If you order something, I keep track of the information you fill in when you order, typically your name, address and email. I also keep a record of the information you fill in in the form that is necessary to fulfil the service, e.g. your dress preferences. If you order a service that requires photos to be sent to me, I also keep your photos.
I need this data for the delivery of the service and for invoicing and tax record keeping.

Data required for sending commercial communication

If you give me your consent to receive commercial communication, I will also record the data you provide, in particular your name and email. I use this data to send you commercial communication – news, offers, information about discounts, guides and tips. Some free products (e.g. free guides, ebook) will only be sent after you have agreed to receive commercial communication.

Under the law, I have the right to send you commercial communication on the basis of legitimate interest, i.e. if you become my customer.

Typically, though, you sign up for the newsletter voluntarily and I only start sending you commercial communication after:
a) you voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter, e.g. you fill in the subscription form or tick the consent box on the contact form b) you confirm your consent by clicking on the link sent in the confirmation email (double opt-in)

This way you can be sure that you will start to receive the newsletter after you have confirmed your subscription and no one can subscribe with your email address without your consent.

You agree to receive commercial communication for a period of 5 years.

What if you don’t want me to process your data anymore?

You can withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter or by sending me a declaration that you do not agree with the processing of your personal data, and you can also request the deletion of your personal data. I will comply with your request within 30 days of receiving it.
Some data may need to be retained, such as invoices issued, due to the legal obligation to retain such documents. In that case, I will delete at least the data that can be deleted.

If you have further questions about the processing of your personal data that are not answered in this policy, you can contact me at info@yourfashionself.com or nerisakalosin@seznam.cz.

The Privacy Policy is in effect since 10.10.2024.
